This is the reason of us as being Hazır Çelik / Şeker Ev Hazır Ev to turn towards the technology of wood and steel framed building production which are used in America, Japan and European countries for 50 years.

For this purpose, the production of buildings has been started on a turnkey basis by importing  construction materials from America and Europe for three years.

We hope there will be no more loss of life and our nation can live in low heating and maintanence costed technological buildings at developed country standarts.

We are making the interior and external decorations of our buildings with our customers.

Light steel framed buildings are produced in the industrial plants with industrial standarts therefore construction of the buildings are finished in a short time as 3-4 months at the site and become ready for living.

This is also very suitable short-term production style for mortgage system. We are working with Franchising vendor system.

In accordance with this, we control the houses technically and administratively until the end of production and deliver the buildings with their certificates and guaranties. We are building the standart projects from our stocks and prepare the special projects by considering the zoning status.

Our main functions are import and logistical support, education of the vendors by workshops, quality control, control and approval of important points in relation with structure and human health, applying of sanctions and precautions to carry on the system without interruption.
